Orders placed before 2:30 PM usually ship out the same day from Cairo, Egypt.

Delivery Options:
Free standard shipping is offered on domestic orders over 999 EGP.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas, there may be a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions).

Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, such as an office address provided for delivery.

If no one can sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box with no indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.

During peak periods, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt and require a return authorization (RA) number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issuance. Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are processed immediately. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please give us a call.

Return Terms and Conditions
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, or unwashed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.

Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.

Once a return has been received (within the specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
